Before you invest in a bigger engagement, you need to understand where your marketing stands — what's worked, what hasn't, and where the real gaps are. This session gives you that answer in a single day.
How it works
Week before (prep): I'll review your marketing assets, campaign history, and whatever performance data exists. I meet with your leadership team about what they want marketing to deliver over the next two years.
The consult (4 hours, live): We sit down together — virtual or in person — and work through your marketing needs during a focused strategy session.
What we cover
We'll shape the session around your needs, but here's what you can expect:
- What's actually worked in your marketing so far, and what hasn't
- Where the gaps are on your team — including whether you need in-house execution help, not just strategy
- How your current vendors and agencies are performing against what you're paying them
- A prioritized list of marketing moves you can start executing immediately
What you leave with
Following our four hours together, I'll synthesize what we covered into an action plan for the next 30–90 days, depending on the complexity of your business. You'll know exactly what to tackle first, and whether that means handling it in-house, bringing in the right vendor, or going deeper with me.
